However, we will exchange and refund based on the following terms and conditions:

  • The warranty is valid for 7 days upon goods delivered to shipping address.
  • Reasons of return: Wrong item, defected item, change of mind or not satisfy.
  • Please make sure the item is not being used. Returned goods must be in original condition (not worn) with complete labels and tags. Any used, scratches or damages caused by customers careless will not be accepted.
  • To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash form but in credit which allows you to make same amount of deduction in your future order. Please take note on the calculation of the refund credit.
  • WodroBeauty will pay for the return shipping if it's wrong item or defected item. If return on any other reasons, customers will be responsible for the postage on returning the goods to us.
  • You must inform us by email or by call before arrange the return. Otherwise we will not entertain those return without notification. Please note about we are not accept any return and exchange once the product packing being open.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We are sorry, we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

  • Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
  • Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic and/or seal packing).
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Any free gift product and samples.
  • In the event of dispute, WodroBeauty decision shall be final and conclusive.

 

REFUND POLICY

Please note that we need to verify the goods condition after received the return goods. Refund will be processed upon confirmation on return goods conditions. All non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you. We will refund the total value of products except shipping fee. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedure. We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged or incorrect product. The return delivery fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement. Only in case the product was sold out, we will refund the value of product.

 

REFUND TIMELINE

You must return the damaged or wrong products with original packing within 7 days. Please note that we do not process your refund until we receive the return item or wrong item. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product. We will process the refund by credit back in your account for next purchase within a week after receiving your return.

 

RETURN PROCEDURES

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:

1. Email us at glamorousphilo@gmail.com

2. Quote us your Order Number. Indicate returned products, pictures and the reason for your return.

3. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a package that we can expedite your request. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure the items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.

4. Send the returning items to our address as stated in our acknowledgement email.

5. All return delivery fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

6. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your request within 5 business days and the Store Credit will be issued. Again, please note that store credit is only granted once returned items have been deemed to be unworn and in original condition.

PLEASE NOTE:

We would recommend customer to use traceable courier service when returning the items. We will not responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns and/or exchange.

 

Do I get the money credited back to my bank account?

We apologize for not being able to credit money back into your bank account. For returned items we are only able to issue Store Credit to be used on your next purchase.
